Idrolab – Idrorack Vertical Farm Racking

Vertical growing systems are space efficient and can allow the grower to cultivate significantly more produce than what is possible in single-layer systems.

Idrolab’s Idrorack system has a flexible, modular design, offering up to three layers of growing space, which can be expanded as needed by adding extension sections of 1.2 metres to increase rack-length.

It stands 2.1 metres high, with the first layer 0.3 metres from the ground, and with grow-space of either 1.8 metres or 0.9 metres between levels, depending on whether you choose one or two additional growing layers.

Idroracks are designed and engineered to last in aggressive cultivation environments. Laser-sculpted and finished in cataphoresis, they are a super safe product with a rounded finish, anti-tilting and roll-block.

Quick and simple to erect, they have an ultra-rigid design, with 7 support surfaces for an optimal distribution of weight over the cultivation trays (tested resistance up to 150Kg/m²). The underside of the top two layers has universal lighting fixing options which are compatible with most vertical system grow-lights

To accompany these benches, Idrolab manufacture a range of equally modular, expandable, and durable trays, made from ABS plastic. These trays are designed to connect to one another to avoid the need to cut to size.

The basic rack dimensions are 1.2 x 2.4 x 2.1 metres (W x L x H), which can be extended in length in 1.2 metre increments.
