Dosatron D30GL1 0.1 – 1% Dosing Pump

Dosatron dosing pumps are designed to save you time, money, and effort when adding nutrients and control solutions to your irrigation system.

Like the other Dosatron Greenline models, the D30GL1 has been developed specifically for fertigation / irrigation (including hydroponics) applications.  It offers a dose rate range of 0.1% to 1% at water flow rates from 8m³/hr to 30m³/hr.

The D30GL1 dosing pump is a high flow solution for irrigation, and is ideal for harsh hydraulic conditions, such as fertigation systems. It has optimised chemical resistance, and a simplified piston, leading to easier maintenance and enhanced reliability.

The D30GL1 is installed directly into the water supply line, to allow the continuous, proportional injection of liquid or soluble concentrate (nutrients and/or control solutions) into your fertigation mix. It operates by using the flow of water as the power source, so requires no additional power input.

Water flow activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the main line.

The D30GL1 pump can manage high capacity flow rates between 8000 to 30,000 litres per hour. Dosatron dosing units are very precise and reliable, even in the case of pressure fluctuations. The desired dosage rate can be changed with extreme ease via the ‘twist-screw’ dosage adjustment system.
