Information you give to us
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal information about you, including:
- Identity Data, such as your name, company details and LinkedIn profile details,
- Financial Data such as your payment details,
- Contact Data, such as your email address, business or delivery address and telephone number,
- Company Data, such as your company name, project details, project address,
- Technical Data, including IP addresses, your log-in data, browser type and version, time-zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website,
- Usage Data, including information about how you use our website, and
- Marketing Data, such as your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties, and your communication preferences.
‘Special category’ data
Information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, criminal convictions, sex life or sexual orientation, or certain types of genetic or biometric data is known as ‘special category’ data.
During the course of dealing with you, we do not expect to collect any ‘special category’ data about you.

What if you cannot or will not provide us with your personal information
It is also a contractual requirement for you to provide us with certain information, such as your name, contact number, personal or company address, project address, project details and date of job, choice of service, blueprint floor plans of facilities to fulfil contractual agreements and payment details. If you do not provide us with that information, we may not be able to perform the contract.
All other information you give us is given entirely as your discretion. If you do not provide that information, then we will be unable to provide a comprehensive service.

Disclosure of your information

Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the United Kingdom.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely, including taking the following safeguards:
- Credit cards. We do not store any credit card details.
- Entry controls. Our premises are secured by double gates and access is limited.
- Secure lockable desks and cupboards. Desks and cupboards are kept locked when not in use if they hold confidential information of any kind.
- Methods of disposal. Paper documents are disposed of by shredding in a manner that ensures confidentiality.
- Equipment. Our internal policies require that individual monitors do not show confidential information to passers-by and that users lock or log-off from their computer when it is unattended.
- Firewalls.
Some of the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the United Kingdom. It may also be processed by personnel operating outside the United Kingdom who work for us, our group companies or for one of our suppliers.
