Dosatron D3GL10 1 – 10% Dosing Pump
Dosatron dosing pumps are designed to save you time, money, and effort when adding nutrients and control solutions to your irrigation system.
The D3 dosing pump is installed directly into the water supply line, to allow the continuous, proportional injection of liquid or soluble concentrate (nutrients and/or control solutions) into your fertigation mix. It operates by using the flow of water as the power source, so requires no additional power input.
Water flow activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the main line.
The D3 pump can manage flow rates between 10 to 3,000 litres per hour. Dosatron dosing units are very precise and reliable, even in the case of pressure fluctuations. The desired dosage rate can be changed with extreme ease via the ‘twist-screw’ dosage adjustment system.
